Hi Emory. My husband is from Durham and when my son graduated from Rice, he returned to Durham to decide what to do with his life. He was the bartender and later manager there for 4 years before going to grad school at NYU. We've been there many times. It was a favorite of Coach K's. Another good restaurant in Durham, is The Piedmont. I think the Durham community is a lot like Winston-Salem.
